The principle

Becoming stronger together

Participants: 6 to 8
Location:We meet in the individual companies on a rotating basis, depending on the situation. Management and business rounds take place once a month.

Preparation: Before the round, the participants submit topics and wishes. I prepare these and plan appropriate workshops and discussion rounds. Of course, we will also work on spontaneous topics and questions that arise.

A somewhat different team.
Entrepreneurs or managers give each other advice and support in the rounds/sessions. They also serve as motivators and help with implementation. I as a coach only serve as an organiser and facilitator of the sessions. Of course, I also provide advice and support.
